Mission Statement
Sun Valley Landscape Development Corp., founded in 1995, is proud to be an accredited
Designer and Contractor in Westchester County and vicinity.
In addition to our esteemed Residential clients, we also have the privilege to include
Corporate clients, architects, building management firms, general contractors, developers,
builders, health care facilities and government agencies.
We self-perform 90% of our scope of work and have many years of closely coordinated and
managed relationships with other qualified contractors.
We offer in-house, unique landscape architecture for residential and commercial projects.
Each individual design is formatted to perfect the vision and requirements of our clients.
We are meticulous about our plans, specifications and execution. We are not afraid to ask
questions for clarification and provide you with a “green,” complete and comprehensive
design.
Each site analysis also includes a feasibility study of on-site materials that can be reused for completion of the project, and our nursery, with its growing facility, delivers the required supplementary products efficiently.
